Through Mosaic's integration of CPD within the wider school improvement processes it becomes very simple to identify CPD needs and easily reference CPD activities when evaluating progress.

Imagine the scenario where a member of staff requests support to achieve a new objective. If the school delivers that support, we would expect to see that member of staff credit that CPD activity as contributing to their progress or improved practice. This is easily achieved in Mosaic with each CPD activity having potentially many cross-references with improved practice and most importantly, with evidence of pupil progress.

This information can be used to determine the value of CPD investment across the entire trust, school, team or in supporting an individual member of staff. Additional analysis tools enable us to review the time and money investment in CPD, which go to make up a complete and meaningful analysis of the schools CPD provision.
